Case Quantity Changeover

Please note 5w20, 5w30 & 10w30 classic  mineral oils will soon be changed from a 12x1L to a 18x1L case. This change will be made as current inventories diminish. Please note these part numbers on your invoices and cotnact your local sales representative for more information.

Steel Wheels Program

We just received the top 10 Multi-Application numbers of steel wheels and are stocked at the Dorchester warehouse. These numbers cover 80% of vehicle population including the foreign car market and are available with same day delivery. OEM and “Take-Off” wheels are also available with next day delivery. Palmar has been acquired by Robert Thibert Inc. Please contact your local sales representative for catalogues or a CANUSA/APC counter professional for application look-up.

Warranty Procedure

Please be advised of a recent warranty procedure change on Magnaflow converters. Customers MUST fill out a Magnaflow Warranty Return Claim Form in order to receive credit on a defective converter. Download the Warranty Claim Form or download it from car-sound.com. Please print and fill out one form for every product to be returned. Credits may not be issued for returns that are not accompanied with completed forms. If there are any questions please contact your local sales representative.

Holiday Hours

Both the Canusa and CDC Toronto Warehouses and all APC Stores will be closed Monday, September 7, 2009 for Labour Day. All locations will resume regular working hours on Tuesday September 8th.
